夏季天气炎热，身体也跟着“上火”，脾气“火”也越来越大，情绪烦躁、焦虑、易激动、失眠等症状都找了上来。因此，“去火”成了人们夏日生活的必备功课。

炎热夏季易上火

中医认为，夏季是一年中阳气最旺的季节，人体出汗多，一旦水分摄入少了，就很容易“上火”。同时，由于很多人夏天还喜欢吃辛辣的食物，而辛辣食物就容易“生湿生热”，北方夏天干燥、炎热，与南方湿热的气候截然不同，相对来说，北方人吃辛辣食物过多也会上火。

去火药物对症吃

为防备“上火”，不少人都会备一些去火的药物，“上了火”就吃点药自己治疗。郭连澍提醒，去火药物虽然常见，但也不能乱吃。中医把人体“上火”分为心火、胃火、肝火等不同种类，表现症状和治疗的方法都各不相同，需要对症下药。

心火的表现症状为口舌生疮、口干、小便赤黄、小便塞痛等，对症药物是牛黄清心丸。

肝火多表现为心烦易怒、两目红赤、眼干、小便赤黄等，对症药物是龙胆泻肝丸或其口服液。

胃火表现为牙龈肿痛、口臭、口舌生疮、饮食量少等，对症药物是三黄片、牛黄清胃丸、牛黄解毒片等。

除此之外，还有肺火，表现为咳嗽、痰黄、潮热盗汗、手足心热等症状，而胆火则多表现为口苦、心烦、胆虚等。

夏季去火当滋阴

虽然去火药能够很快起到去火的作用，但俗话说“是药三分毒”，郭连澍建议，其实“上火”是人体的一种不适症状，通过调节饮食也可以达到去火的效果，夏季可以通过滋阴来“去火除烦”。

夏天坚持喝牛奶，可以解热毒、去肝火。中医就认为牛奶性微寒，可以滋阴、解热毒，有“去火”功效。而且牛奶中含有多达70%左右的水分，还能补充夏季人体因大量出汗而损失的水分。

多吃苦味的食物也可以解热去暑、消除疲劳。其中最具代表性的就是苦瓜，它能够去内火、帮助改善烦躁情绪。其他的苦味食物如杏仁、苦菜、苦丁茶、芹菜、芥蓝等，同样能清热解暑。

冬瓜、黄瓜具有清热的作用，尤其是冬瓜皮，还能缓解口苦症状。草莓也有去火功效，中医认为草莓能清暑、解热、除烦。西瓜是夏季的首选水果，西瓜属性凉，吃了不会引起上火心烦，而且含有丰富钾盐，能弥补人体大量造成的体内钾盐缺乏。除此之外，甘蓝菜、花椰菜和山楂、苹果、葡萄等富含矿物质，有宁神、降火的神奇功效，因此夏季可以多吃和常吃这些食品。

但同时，“上火”时有些蔬菜是不能吃的，否则会加重“上火”的症状。比如韭菜、香椿、葱头、辣椒、姜、蒜等。此外，“上火”时也不能饮酒。

除了饮食调节外，防备“上火”还要注意保证生活作息规律，每天晚上睡觉时间不要过晚，最好每天在23时之前睡觉，早上不要贪睡。
