因为圣诞节的缘故，全球股市回暖，早就昨天A股的放量大幅拉升。今天上午大市采取板块轮动，维持在5200附近，金融股表现一般，钢铁、消费继续看好。
这里摘录一段中国证监会主席尚福林的话：“我国资本市场是在经济转轨过程中发展起来的一个新兴市场，一方面它具有发展速度快、发展潜力大的后发优势。各方面市场的需求，也为其发展提供了强大的动力。另一方面，市场建设也具有鲜明的阶段性特征，存在着基础制度和市场要素的缺失。近5年来，我国资本市场发生了转折性的变化，市场规模显著提高，但是市场建设与国民经济发展对资本市场的要求还不够协调，市场主体的自我约束和相互自存机制尚未形成，市场调控的作用还没有充分发挥。总体来看，我国的资本市场还处于继续夯实发展基础的阶段。”可见，政府需要稳定的资本市场，即要求大家价值投资。
说真的，现在的市场走势很怪异，有点脱离价值投资的初衷。就拿中国远洋，市盈率才20倍左右，却连创新低；中信证券，不算预增，动态市盈率也是25倍左右，也不停下跌。更奇怪的算万科，虽然有调控政策，但影响的是业绩增速，而市场不管他150％的预增，不停的打压，到达疯狂的地步。
在说说封基，最近由于蓝筹被打压，不少价值投资的封基业绩欠佳而被冷落；那些持有二、三线价值不高的封基由于市场的炒作而业绩较好，带来不少游资的青睐。
最后，希望大家坚持价值投资，以最少的风险获得适当的收益。
